Welcome to the Bridging The Gap 4 Student Success Foundation, where we’re committed to helping students with disabilities transition from high school to college and beyond. Our focus areas include leadership skills development, providing resources, and assistance with post-secondary plans.

At Bridging The Gap 4 Student Success Foundation, our mission is to empower students and young adults with all kinds of disabilities, from those differently abled, to those with ADD, ADHD Autism, and mild intellectual disabilities, to thrive in their educational journey and confidently step into the world of higher education and employment.

We know that Navigating the IEP/504/Vocational Rehabilitation processes can be daunting for anyone. Our help with answering questions, and providing resources and support can help provide the support needed for high school students, parents, teachers, and young adults.
